I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy. As an Osteopath I take a comprehensive holistic approach to improving my patient’s health, going the extra mile to provide them with first class care; whether that is through hands on treatment, exercise and rehabilitation plans or by giving ergonomic advice.
Movement is Medicine – This is my philosophy of practice. Movement is a gift and when we lose this, we lose our freedom. So, I’ve dedicated my practice to getting patients back to moving, and enjoying doing what they love.
Experience
I have a wide range of experience working with specialised private multi-disciplinary clinics and working alongside the NHS. I have a particular interest and experience in treating ankle sprains, knee pain, shoulder pain, rotator cuff related issues, and wrist & elbow injuries.
